With a helping hand and cooperation a daunting task can transform into a very remarkable and perfect masterpiece. This is what other countries especially the United States should look up to in terms of immediate and good public service from Panama. The people of FEMA or the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the United States should follow the footsteps and immediate action taken by the people of Panama in restoration of public structures like public roads and buildings.
