I would like to open a swimwear store, specialising in bikinis and swimming trunks, colourful beach towels, beach mats, beach tents, plastic buckets and spades for kids, things like that, do you think this is a good idea? How do I go about renting space for the shop. I think I will need about 400 sq ft max. Who do I speak to ?
